SGFlatReviews collects limited personal data to operate the platform, including your email address (if provided), user-generated content such as reviews and community posts, and technical data such as IP address and cookies. If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information from your Google account (your name and email address) to create and authenticate your account. If you leave your email for a launch notification, we store the address and, for condo-specific review alerts, the condo you selected. No account is created.
We use this information to provide and maintain the platform, improve user experience, prevent abuse and ensure security, support authentication and account management, and deliver service-related notices when needed. Email addresses left for review or feature-launch alerts are used solely to send the one notification requested and are not used for newsletters or other marketing.
Review and feature-launch notification email addresses are retained until the requested notification is sent and deleted within 30 days after successful delivery, or earlier if you withdraw consent. Other personal data is kept only while needed for the stated operational or legal purpose. Anonymised aggregate data may be retained.
We do not sell your personal data. We use Supabase for database and authentication infrastructure, Vercel for website hosting and server delivery, and Google Analytics only if you opt in. We may also use Google authentication when account features are available. These providers process data on our behalf. We may disclose information when required by law or with your explicit consent.
Your data may be stored and processed on servers located outside Singapore, including in Japan (Tokyo region), using third-party infrastructure providers such as Supabase.
Our service uses essential browser storage and technical data to support core functionality and security. Optional Google Analytics stays disabled unless you accept analytics. You may reject it without losing access to the service and may withdraw your choice at any time.
You may request access to or correction of your personal data, withdraw consent, or request deletion by contacting our DPO. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
